Intrepid is constructing a fiber broadband network to bring ultra-fast, high-speed internet to your neighborhood. Intrepid will be responsible for building and operating the network, and you will work with one of our Internet Service Providers to order service. Intrepid’s goal is to minimize disruption to San Marcos’s residents and businesses during this project.  

• If you have existing utility poles on your property, Intrepid and its contractors may need to access them during engineering and constructing 

• Intrepid will notify residents 72 hours in advance of construction via door hangers 

• Construction will occur in the public rights-of-way and public utility easements 

• Working hours will be Monday-Friday from [8:30 am to 4:30 pm] ​ 

• Minimal impact on holidays, weekends, and after hours​ 

• High-speed internet service available after construction 

Once the construction is complete, you can order service through one of Intrepid’s Internet Service Providers.
